• Account & Order: Name, email, phone, company, and order details when you place an order or create a portal account.
• Payment: Processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store your full card number.
• Artwork Files: Files you upload are stored securely and used only to fulfill your order.
• Email List: First name and email if you opt in to marketing. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser, and pages visited via server logs and analytics.

3. HOW WE USE IT

• Process and fulfill orders — confirmations, proofs, and tracking updates.
• Respond to quotes, support requests, and inquiries.
• Send promotional emails only to subscribers who opted in.
• Improve our website and services through aggregate analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We never sell or rent your data. We share only with trusted vendors required to operate our business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting), and shipping carriers when applicable. We also comply with valid legal process.

5. COOKIES

We use essential cookies for the client portal login and cart state. Analytics cookies may be used to understand site traffic. Disable cookies in your browser settings — some portal features may not work without them.

6. DATA RETENTION

Order records: 7 years (tax/legal). Artwork files: deleted 90 days after order completion unless you request otherwise. Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Email us to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days. Texas residents have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).

8. SECURITY

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Our database uses row-level security and encrypted storage. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. CHILDREN

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. CHANGES

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
