Custom Printing — Important Notice
All products are custom-made to order. Because your artwork is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on completed orders unless there is a verified production defect or error on our part.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Before Production Begins
Cancel at no charge if production has not started. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or (915) 260-3503. Full refund issued within 5–10 business days.
After Proof Approval / Production Started
Once you approve your proof or production begins, cancellation is not possible. Materials and setup costs have been committed. No refund will be issued.
Rush Orders
Rush and Super Rush orders enter production immediately upon payment. Cancellations are not accepted after payment on rush orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We stand behind our work. If your order has a defect caused by us, we will make it right — fast.
Eligible for Reprint or Refund
- Significant color variance from approved proof (not caused by customer files)
- Incorrect size, quantity, or material from what was ordered
- Damaged or defective items caused during production
- Shipping damage — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Typos, design errors, or low-resolution artwork in customer-supplied files
- Color differences due to monitor calibration vs. print output
- Change of mind or design changes after proof approval
- Orders accepted at pickup without noting damage
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
- Email [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective items.
- We will review and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will offer a reprint at no charge or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
PROOF APPROVAL
Before production, we send a digital proof for your review. Approving your proof confirms all text, spelling, images, colors, sizes, and layout are correct. JNR Create is not responsible for errors in approved proofs.
- Free revisions: up to 2 rounds per item.
- Additional revisions: $25 per round.
REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
